White Glove Delivery and Set Up Service

Citrus Kids is proud to feature our White Glove Delivery and Set Up Service on most furniture shipments. This service entails delivery, inspection, placing furniture in the room of your choice, assembly and breaking down of packaging materials.

 

Shipping and Handling Policies

Because we offer a wide variety of furniture and accessories, delivery may require special care. Most of the smaller items as well as some larger pieces will be sent UPS/Fed Ex ground or common carrier. All shipments are fully insured.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all contents prior to signing release for the delivery.

If you should receive a piece you believe to be damaged by shipping, immediately refuse only the damaged item and contact Citrus Kids via e-mail with the following information: your name, phone number, tracking number (located on the packing slip) and the name of the shipped item. (In some cases, you may be required to provide documentation of damage with a photo or written statement). This allows us to help you resolve the problem. Once a customer signs for the shipment, Citrus Kids is limited in its ability to resolve the shipping claim.

 

Return and Exchange Policy for Furniture

Because each piece of furniture is custom ordered from the manufacturer and ships directly to the customer, we are unable to accept furniture returns. Should a manufacturers defect arise, Citrus Kids will work on your behalf to correct the problem as soon as possible. Citrus Kids prides ourselves in the quality of the products that we sell and the customer service we provide.

Return and Exchange Policy for Accessories

Citrus Kids strives to assure your complete satisfaction. Customers dissatisfied with a non-furniture item may take advantage of our return/exchange policy, which extends up to 2 weeks after the item is received. Citrus Kids will gladly issue a merchandise credit within this two-week period, for any item excluding those items custom made to order. Customers will be responsible for shipping the item in its original packaging, paying any insurance and shipping charges, as well as 10% re-stocking fee.
